amazing bean juice
I received a relatively fresh batch with about 2 months since production and with simple preparation medium grind and through a drip filter it comes out amazing. Very bold chocolatey taste that stays. Purchased on sale so great value, can't wait to try the Ethiopian blend too.

Good for Espresso Machines – Balanced and Aromatic - overpriced
recently tried the illy Guatemala Coffee Beans (medium roast), and overall I’m really impressed with the quality and flavor. Right out of the tin, the beans smell aromatic, with a rich, slightly sweet fragrance. As an espresso, the coffee is smooth and well-balanced, with clear notes of chocolate. There’s also a mild, pleasant acidity that adds brightness without being overpowering. I also felt some bitterness, it could be due to my wrong grinding setting, I usually use 9 or 8 on Sage smart grinder. It also produce acceptable amounts of creme The only downside is the price, as it’s a bit more expensive than some other brands, I rather to buy it when on offers. Overall, I would definitely recommend illy Guatemala Coffee Beans to anyone who enjoys a smooth, flavorful medium roast with a slightly sweet, chocolatey espresso profile.

Good Coffee, But Just Not For Me
When on sale the value for money is decent. It's a pretty smooth coffee with decent strength, a nice aroma with a good amount of crema, but freshness is questionable. Wasn't blown away by this coffee and doubt I'll return to it. Still though, it does all come down to preference and taste at the end of the day.

Will be buying this one again
First try of this flavour and it’s already my favourite. As always, illy coffee comes perfectly fresh with great aroma you only get with fresh grind your own beans. This flavour is a WOW though, full and deep, it’s perfectly smooth taste is a joy, works great in cappuccinos and mochas but is also a joy as a baked americano. Will buy again

Worth the cost? Its about double the cost of mainstream brands. Probzblh notvisg effective butgood voffee. Not as rich as their 100% Brazilian offering, in my opinion. The tin is very nice!
