I had to wiggle it around to get it to fit. Also, the original drum seemed to lock in place once it was in but this one did not. All in all it has been printing excellent so far except recently I printed out about 50 pages in a row and the printer suddenly started to jam and make all sorts of creaking noises when I tried to print. I think it overheated and the paper kept jamming around the drum. I shut the printer off and removed the drum and let everything sit for about 15 minutes. When I put it back together and started printing again it was fine. This never happened with the original drum. The printer I have is an MFC 7360N. So as long as I don't do a big print job I'll be okay.Update 10/17/17: Just replaced the toner cartridge and now all printed pages are coming out with huge black bars running down the whole page. I tried another toner cartridge but it does the same thing. I cleaned the drum using the function in the menu and that works for a while but then it goes back to having huge black bars on every page. I believe the drum has failed and it is just out of warranty. I am going to contact the company and see what they say.Update 10/19/17 Contacted the company and received the new drum 10/19/17. Installed the drum and the printer is up and running again perfectly. This drum fit the printer with no problems. I think I may have just gotten a bad one from the start.
