Time tested.
We have been using the projector for awhile now at church and it works great and I appreciate it having a "backup" bulb already installed and ready to go if the first one burns out. It was well packaged and fast shipping. Also, the transparencies are still available through Amazon.

Bad bulb.
The bulb burned out in one week. I can’t find a replacement bulb that fits. Super annoying.

The bulbs blow instantly, terrible unit
The reccomeneded bulbs blow out in under 2 minutes. Dont buy this, unless you want endless frustration. Amazon should really pull this product from their listings, its a fire hazard and does not work.

It was easy to assemble and use. Directions were easy to follow. Works well.

look it over
Projector came quickly and is exactly what I ordered. Comes in a cube type box and has to be assembled which is very easy. Upright bar and head are inside projector case. My only problem with projector is that because of the way it is packed, the upright bar rubbed against the fresnel leaving a mark that won't come off. When I called about this I was told it was the shippers problem (even tho it was part of internal packaging and outer box was perfect). Wasn't impressed with customer service rep. Don't know if she hung up on me or assumed once she told me it wasn't her problem we were done. So projector? Thumbs up. Packaging and customer service? Not so much. Overall worth the price.

Bulb burns out quickly
This item was in the shipping box until this past weekend. I finally found the time to use it and unpacked it on Saturday and put it together. I turned the projector on, used it for "12" minutes, and the bulb burned out. I now have had to buy 2 new bulbs (expensive) to get back to my work, and the bulbs will not be delivered until the middle of May. If you are thinking about buying this item, ask about a warranty for the bulbs. I did not

There was a blue hue every time we turned the projector on. We bought a new lamp bulb thinking it was the light, the projection worked even worse. We returned the product.
