It is better to go for 500 Capsules. How to Store? Sea Cod Liver Oils are HIGHLY sensitive to light, temperatures and moisture. And for some reasons, all the brands market these capsules in clear plastic bottles! Keep the lid tightly closed and place it in a plastic bag to prevent it from moisture and keep it in the lower part of the refrigerator (fridge). Do NOT freeze or store in a freezer. In the lower part, the temperatures are generally higher, store there. When it's new, the capsules are all non-sticky and roll freely in the bottle, when they start sticking and clinging to themselves or the bottle, then it means you haven't stored it correctly and it has oxidized and going rancid! Other Thoughts: This is a NON Veg (fish based) supplement! Take it THRICE after breakfast, lunch and dinner. It does NOT contain other Vitamins and Minerals and it is best to use with Multi-Vitamins and Multi-Mineral supplements. Like take Multi’s after breakfast and Cod Liver Oil after Lunch and dinner. Good Products

Extremely good product. I have purchased this product many times and have it on a regular basis as it is good for health because of its Omega 3 content. This big bottle with 500 capsules is more value for money/ reasonably priced than the small 100 capsules one, so i would highly recommend it (costed me Rs. 650). It is much cheaper than the other brands available in the market. They are easy to swallow because of its capsule form and without having to bear the fishy taste. (I have tried the liquid one also but it tastes very bad) You need to have this EVERYDAY in order to see results. its an excellent source of vitamin A and D .it contains omega 3 fatty acids which is needed for our body. its commonly found in sardine fish . children rarely eat them .so , bought procut. very good.

Pros:- Medically it is said that Fish oil is good if you have high Cholesterol issue. Fish oil is a good source of Omega 3 fatty acid, which is essential for good brain and body function. It is a good source of vitamins. Vitamin a essential for eyes . Vitamin D is essential for bones. This product is one cheapest Fish Oil and one of the best too. I bought this after considering many others. I really like its appearance. Cons:- Packing, comes in clear transparent plastic bottle. FIsh oil is susceptible to Sunlight and heat. Many brands are offering opaque bottle. Suggestion:- You should take around 3000 - 4000 Mg fish oil daily , otherwise you will not bee seeing a lot of change in your body. Verdic It is a good product. It is not a medicine but a health supplement , everyone should use it for better health. I hope that my review helped you. The product panels or box does not specify the exact amount of omega 3 concentration in one capsule. even EPA, DHA per serving is not known.. This way, one cannot predict or assume, the number of tablets to be taken to meet daily Omega-3 requirement.

100% original cod liver oil capsules at a great price... Huge discount.... The best thing is its manufacturing and expiry date... Ordered a day before yesterday (22/09/16), recieved today, and the manufacturing date written is 08/2016 and expiry date is 07/2018 ..... 6 capsules a day (since i'm an athelete) and again order it for sure... Thanks to amazon... I have Not found this kind of deal on this product anywhere else except on AMAZON...

These cod liver oil are good, the taste is good, does have a fish smell but its a fish oil that is expected. I believe this supplement gives me the right amount of Omega 3. Take two a day and your good to go have been taking for a while These help with my immune system and joints.

This is the only fish oil to get! I have been using it for a week and noticed the lack of ow sounds that I make as I get up each morning. Getting old sucks but this will help.

Nothing beats Seven Seas cod liver oil! I tried other brands and they had me burping and nauseous despite the label saying otherwise. These sell out fast for a reason. I've been taking them since I was a child. I never got sick, and no joint pains at 36 years old. I intend to keep buying from this supplier. Got it on time and the product is the real deal.
