Easy to apply. Chat GPT approved
Arrived on due date. Very competitively priced. Easy to apply. Too early to tell about the quality and lifetime. I have never used an asphalt primer before but AI recommends it. Checked the specs with Chat GPT for guidance.

It works, but slow cure time.
This primer worked for the GAF rolled roofing I installed. Their premium rolled roofing. This however is the slow drying primer. So instead of just an hour cure time it has a 24 hour cure time. Luckily it worked out for me. Good weather and this being the final step to finish the day really helped. And since this is almost impossible to find anywhere, I didn't have much choice.

Very easy to apply. Works just fine on raw plywood.
The instructions say not for use on wood, but I don't see why they would say that. It worked perfectly for me on my raw plywood. Application using a paint roller was fast and easy. I then laid my roofing material on, starting with the lowest row and then proceeding up the roof with each row overlapping 4".

Works as advertised, easy to apply and dried in a few hours
I applied this to my new plywood roof and over the metal drip edges. It applied as easy as the can and videos I saw each said it would Covered the new plywood and the drip edges with one liberal coat. It was dry to the touch in a few hours, I put on the rolled roof the next morning before the hot South Texas sun took over. After 3 months, the roof looks great and is staying in place.

Good primer but we receive all the cans licking all over.
The lids we're not tight and it licks. Other than that good stuff.

Can looked like they played soccer with it even though the box it was shipped in had no damage. Primer leaked all over.

Do not use on wood!
Nowhere in the description did I see it said "Do not use on wood". When I bought it and read the label it specifically said not to. And Amazon would not take a return for this product! Had to eat the cost of 3 cans of this. Can't speak to if it works well or not, but just be wary before you buy.
