I had replaced the upstream "right" (rear) with a 4545 (that's for all positions EXCEPT the downstream right/rear), and that cleared errors about the upstream sensor. But I continued having errors indicating that the mixture was off. So I decided to also replace the downstream sensor, and that (now a few weeks back) seems to have resolved the issue. I might just have to do the two "left" (front) sensors but those are the 4545's.
