ODL EZDOME14 14" Replacement Acrylic Dome for Tubular Skylight

After having a tube light in my living room for many years a recent record hail storm did a lot of property damage including breaking the cover for the tube light. Finding a replacement was going to be a chore, so I thought. To my delight when I started my search finding this one was a blessing. It's description and specs was just what I was looking for. It arrived quickly and fitted perfectly and appeared to be of heavier material than the orginal. So pleased to have that problem solved.

I recently built a large storage building that will not have power wired in. I thought adding skylights would be an ideal way to provide illumination. I priced out skylights at some of the local Home De-Lowes and found them to be relatively expensive (for a storage building). Then I checked on Amazon to see what popped up and found the replacement flashing and replacement domes for less than half the price. Granted, the full unit comes with the highly reflective tube, to reflect light down through an attic space. Since my storage unit has no attic, all I needed was to have a nice weatherproof hole to let the light in. I first ordered one set, to ensure that it would indeed work, then ordered a second set (can't beat the price!). The flashing and dome arrived intact and within two days of placing the order. Easy installation. Sweet deal!

The ODL 14" dome was an excellent replacement for our older solatube dome. The weather stripping fit perfectly around the collar slightly below the existing mounting holes. The four screw holes in the dome matched up with the existing holes in the collar.The supplied hardware was of excellent quality. There is a small "N" molded into the dome to indicate which hole should face to the north. Packing was excellent. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately had to return it. Wrong size.

Good price, fast delivery. I liked it so much, I bought another one. Easy to self install, and it works out in the garage.

Good replacement for my original sun tube domes who conveniently has gone out of business. I had to make a slight adjustment to get it to fit but its working! Also a great price and quick delivery.

Didn't realize I could not return this plastic item. Be careful of what you buy. It use to say Solar ODL Dome..........there is no solar panel in it and now I am stuck with the product cause I can't return it cause it's acrylic...........really

It fit perfectly and was easy to install. That’s all I could ask for.
