I read reviews that this product would be easy to steal. It comes with a tiny screw to help avoid this. Very easy to set up and use. Installed today and tested the range and was pleased it could be used on other side of house. Bell has multiple options for ringer. Can be used as walkie talkie. Comes charged. Has USB/mini USB. USB can be plugged into plug that comes with unit or if you have an electrical unit with option of USB plug in this works great! Thought the price was a little high. Shipped overnight with free shipping. White unit has longer shipping time. I choose the black one. There are a lot of different wireless door bells and this one fit my requests. UPDATE: After having this ringer for 3-4 weeks, I have experienced phantom rings. I have reached out to Wuloo and was advised this is a known issue and will replace my unit once updated units become available in mid June. Wuloo Customer Service responded to my emails within 24 hours or less. UPDATE: Received replacement. Customer service was excellent! I would send an email and the response was in less than 24 hours in most cases, less that 48 hrs for all emails. They were pleasant and easy to do business with. Update: I have been using the new unit for 8 weeks and no phantom rings. Wuloo reached out to me to make sure the unit is working correctly. Since I am not having any issues, they are sending my second unit out. The emails between Wuloo is amazingly fast. They care about the customer service they provide. They have impressed me with their customer service, they are amazing! I work in customer service and appreciate the feed back I receive from Wuloo Customer Service. They truly care.

Hubby is home-bound, ill, and can't come to the door. Meds and O2 delivered regularly. If I'm not within answering distance, the doorbell feature allows either of us to find out who is at the door and respond accordingly. But mostly the Wuloo is serving as an intercom between us within the house or if I'm in the yard (or even part way down the street!). Just pressing and holding the 'talk' button works, indoor to indoor. Pressing the power button once quickly also acts like a "call" button. When he uses that, I know it's urgent. The volume of the doorbell chime can be adjusted (3 settings, I believe). The volume of the intercom "call" ring, cannot. And it's loud. I wish that could be adjusted, too. Hubby used to use it all the time when he wanted to talk to me, but the loud ring would make me jump out of my skin every time. So now only used for urgencies. The other feature I wish these units would have is a light showing whether or not the unit is activated. Pressing and holding the power button 3 sec both activates and turns off the unit. You also do that to test if the battery's charged. When hubby was doing that (per instructions) to see if his unit was charged, he didn't realize that he was turning his unit off. And there was no way for him to know that this was what he was doing. And if you're doing that a couple of times, after awhile you don't know where you are: on, or off? At that point he nearly threw the whole business out the window, said, "This thing is a piece of junk," and asked me to find a replacement. Fortunately, I was able to calm him down. But I must say that in the next version of this equipment a light to indicate on or off is a must. Another problem that cropped up was that we were getting "false alarms." The doorbell chime would spontaneously sound, on one or the other indoor unit, when no one was at the door. I finally contacted the Wuloo team. The customer service they provided was outstanding. They had already heard about the problem with other users and their engineers were already working to fix the bug. They quickly sent me a replacement -- just one indoor unit at first -- to test the fix. After a few weeks, they contacted me to make sure there were no false alarms with the replacement. I confirmed that. Within days they sent me a second indoor unit, so a complete replacement at no cost to me. I applaud the responsiveness, courtesy, and desire to please of this company and its service team. Such a rarity in these times. Well done.

Back in June 2021 bought the dual pack Wuloo Wireless Intercom Doorbell, now as of today -Aug 2023, the Door Chime will not work for both Outdoor Units, all the other features as in, Intercom Call, Talk between all Units, Volume Control, even Indoor Chime Selects for both Indoor Units seem to work fine and on all three channel settings, the only issue and the main feature being bought, the two Outdoor Units will not sync up to the Indoor Units for Door Bell Chime Selected, that is -No Door Bell, found this out when a Neighbor came calling. Now to find a better replacement

Doesn’t hard wire, but the outside is walkie battery lasts a while. We charged the exterior walkie about once a week and would fully charge within an hour, the two for the interior needed to be charged every other day. It served its purpose well

We live in a rural area with a significant distance from our front gate to the house & shop areas. We've had one "doorbell" unit out at the gate with receivers in the shop and house for a couple of years. We wanted to expand with a second "doorbell" unit at the front of the house and hoped that having 2 more receivers would let us carry them with us when we are working around the property. No such luck! Even with experimenting with each of the 3 frequency bands in different combinations it was impossible to get the two sets talking to each other. I even used a spreadsheet to keep track of all of the different possible combinations and what the trial results were. After a couple of hours, finally nailed down that set 1 doorbell will only "talk" to set 1 receivers and set 2 doorbell will only "talk" to set 2 receivers. The bizarre thing about this is that all 4 receivers can be used as walkie-talkies and "talk" to each other just fine on all 3 of the frequency settings so I have no explanation for why the doorbell units won't communicate with all 4 of them, but, neither the old one nor the new one will. So, long story short, if you want 2 doorbells in 2 different places, and want to keep 2 receivers with you, then this set if expandable. If want 2 doorbells in 2 different places, and want them both to talk to any receiver you happen to be carrying, this set is NOT for you.

I ordered this intercom last year for my office as we were closed to the public but available by appointment. We thought it would be helpful for folks to ring the bell rather than have to call and go through our automated phone system. The bonus with this particular unit is the intercom. When the bell rings, I can tell whoever is at the door that I'm on my way since they can't see me and it's a large office. Fast forward several months and the silly ring button on the outdoor unit would get stuck and not quit ringing - super annoying! So I emailed Wuloo who was very responsive and said others had complained about that as well so they had a replacement outdoor unit, all I had to do was tell them my delivery address. I received it after only a couple days and its now functioning just as it should. That's fantastic customer service! I just knew I was going to have to buy an all new setup, so I am very pleased!

Just received these intercom doorbells today, but so far, so good. Setup and installation were easy, and everything seems to be functioning as designed. I appreciate that there are still devices like this available for customers who don't want a camera or WiFi connectivity, just a basic intercom doorbell system. The main improvement I would suggest would be to allow programming of different chimes based on which outdoor unit is activated. It would be incredibly useful to know via the chime which door to respond to.

This unit works great, I tried it up to .5km through trees and the signal was perfect and sound was clear from both units, also tried it in my shop which is 600mtr away and metal covered, worked great even better than my cell signal, being honest I really didn't expect this to work more than 200ft, and was really suprised how well this works. Not sure how water proof outside unit is only been up and running 2 days at my gate which is 500ft away, time will tell. Will be buying another set for my other acreage. ** CAUTION ** DO NOT put a bigger screw in outside unit when fitting it in its cover/mount as it will pierce the battery, Max length 1cm. Oh also would be nice if it was 10 or 12 channel instead of 3, could be a problem in towns or heavy built up area's with false calls. Hope this helps.

I have purchased their product several times. for the driveway detector, it did not work well as they claimed. The distance is limited. And the battery did not last 5 months at all. I have contacted them asking for longer charge cable(their cable is too short), and they just ingored me. I was willing to pay the longer cable. This time just days after I placed the order, before they shipped out, I tried to cancel the order because it would take much longer time to deliver. They did not cancel and ship this to me. Then I returned this item and I have all the evidences, they did not email me to tell me whether they received the returned item. They did not refund yet. I sent it back over a week ago. I think this is a dirty business and their products are poor quality.

We ordered the doorbell/intercom with two receivers for our school, because we keep the doors locked and wanted something parents and students could use to easily alert us they are outside. The item works great! We tested it all the way down our hallway (our building is brick), and it still rang and could be talked through. It's a bit of a learning curve for some people - the talk button on the outside piece isn't functional until the bell is rung, so we've had to communicate that by making a sign and writing "press bell" on the unit. But that is certainly not a complaint, as we prefer it that way. All in all, we highly recommend the product! In addition, customer service reached out themselves to ensure we received the package, which I have never had happen before - very impressive. Edited to add: the only thing so far that would make this item even better would be if the inside receivers had little belt clips or something like that to make them easier to carry if you have to.
