Overwhelmingly sweet
Maybe it's because it's for the American market but this was so sweet it was unpalatable - and believe me I do have a sweet tooth 😁

It is very sweet, but I also love that when on a cut and stick to whole foods a lot. It is nice to add this into anything I eat as a snack that feels a bit like cheating. In my oatmeal, this and cashew milk. In my shakes, this and fruits, greek yogurt, so on. In my pancakes, this. I am currently eating a bowl of ice cream with this sprinkled in and swirled up until its half melted. It even has a little crunch to my ice cream that actually tastes good. Not the BEST macros. But if you are eating mostly healthy, 20g of protein in pretty much any cinnamon friendly dish is solid. I really like this powder.

I've tried two of Quest's protein powders, Cinnamon Crunch and Peanut Butter, both were phenomenal. They mix well and have a fantastic flavor. I look forward to trying Quest's other four flavors of protein powder in the future and will update my review to cover them as well. As an aside, Quest's Protein Chips are great as well, especially the Cheese Dorito & Cheese Nip ones. Protein Powder ratings: Cinnamon Crunch - 10/10 - This is one of my favorite protein powders of all time and the best cinnamon flavored protein powder of the three types that I've tried. Peanut Butter - 10/10 - I've tried 5 varieties of peanut butter flavored protein powders and this was my favorite! Absolutely delicious!
