I picked it out as it was a more affordable option for coffee tested for micro toxins and mold as well as being low acid. The first package I received was sealed very tight meaning the grounds were not moving in the bag and the bag didn't budge when squeezed. It was delicious and when we finished it, I bought more. The second bag was not as tightly sealed as the first and I noticed the flavor was not as bold. Out of each order, only 2 have had well sealed bags and I buy bother the dark roast and the medium roast. If each bag was consistently sealed tight I would give this 5 stars.
