The patch itself was well made and the lettering was nice. It looked perfect for the play. But the problems began when it would not stay stuck to the shirt. I followed the directions to the letter but it only lasted one day! So that night my daughter came home upset it fell off and the teacher was also mad. And now that I read some reviews I know I'm not the only one. I ended up sewing it on but I was not happy at all since it is hard to sew on backpacks since the patch is thick! So now it looks a bit funky because I was struggling sewing it on. The measurements on the website were very accurate. My son had a relatively new jacket that he bought that he would no longer wear because it had the name of the company he no longer works for. I sewed the new patch over the company name and he can now wear the jacket again. Yeah! A new patch with his name on it was a lot cheaper than buying a new jacket.
