Solid or mesh basket for breaded chicken wings?

I would do the solid basket, I like it much better than the mesh basket. The mesh basket does not hold up well and will eventually have a hole in it.

Excellent product, it met expectations again!

Excellent product, I have been using this mesh for a year now it is the second one I buy. I bought it for my Deli Food restaurant and we use it constantly, every day, all day long in the turbochef over. If you treat it well it will last. Wash it carefully with soft detergents. I am pleased.
