Factory replacement seems to do the job
Looks like a decent replacement headband cushion. Please note that it does not come with the U shaped Velcro pieces. I had to Calle Bose as one of mine was in need of replacement. They actually do not sell those pieces separately but I was able to finally get someone on the phone that could help. He was able to send me one at no charge.
