The figures are not in a sitting down position
I had two RAF airfix planes for Christmas and as there was no crew for the aircraft I purchased the Luftwaffe ground crew and used them as polites and gunners in the planes but I had to cut off their legs to enable me to put them in the chairs. So I found them very useful and I do not why the planes came without crew but they did and I would not of had a crew for the models.

Figurensätze von Airfix erfordern Leidensfähigkeit; der Kunststoff ist weich, es hält keine Grundierung, es hält auch nicht immer jede Farbe, und oft bleiben an den Figuren Gussreste hängen, die mühevoll mit dem Cutter entfernt werden müssen - empfehlenswert wirklich nur für Enthusiasten, die die Figuren aus ihrer Jugend kennen und ausreichend Erfahrung haben - ich hab damit bereits 1978 gespielt.... ich hab sie nur aus Erinnerung an die gute alte Zeit gekauft. (man kan sie bemalen, aber es erfordert mehr Geduld und Arbeitsschritte als bei anderen Fabrikaten)
