I just installed on my 99 club car ds and it had the original springs which always sagged with the kids on it.The installation is pretty straight forward, but if you want to save your self the headache of the bolt removal just chop them off with a cutoff wheel and buy new, it will save you a couple hrs and alot of choice words.Also as some people had mentioned make sure to grind the top but if the spring round so it fits in the axle hole.Other than that everything works and fits nicely and as long as there is weight on the back it's not bumpy at all without the shocks.May look at adding those next but with a gas setup the top bolts are damn near impossible to get to. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install, great ride with passengers *by J***K on September 1, 2020* Shot all the connections on the cart with PB Blaster the night before and afternoon of installation to make removal of old springs easier. Took a buddy and I 1.5 hours to take off the old setup and install the new. Couldn’t have gone any smoother.I do wish it came with new bushings and u bolts. As a non mechanic I was glad my buddy pointed out these were needed.Firmed the ride right up. So much so that it’s a little bouncy over bumps with just me one it. However carting 4 200LB adults, a small child and a 70LB dog is a dream ride. Holds the road on turns way smoother too.
