Since it doesn't have any weird chemicals, it doesn't give you any weird side effects. But the first week of trying it, I went slow, I took one pill before breakfast and one after dinner and it did give me a lot of gas (like any other bean, and since this is white bean extract), the second week I only took two pills before dinner with a glass of water, and that's when I started to notice the "oily" poop (which means that you will see residue stick to the toilet, nothing else) and also I was starting to feel less bloated, my jeans fitted a little bit better. On the third week I started eating lighter without cutting everything, just the size of my portions and since I felt lighter, I started exercising and I was able to keep up an hour of exercise (with little breaks and lots of water).
