Although I don't share the same view as some other reviewers regarding the protection from UV rays from the sun, I do think it's a great product for the other advertised benefits. This includes eye, joint, and skin health. I have been using this product for several years now and have noticed general improvements to my skin and eyes. As far as overall joint health, it's hard to measure as I take other supplements besides Astaxanthin for that purpose. However, combined with my other supplements for joint health, it seems to be helping more so than not. As far as protection from UV exposure, I have not noticed any real improvment for that. Sunscreen products would be much more effective for that sort of thing, in my opinion. Some reviews I've read about this product almost make it seem that if taken by Vampires, they can bask in the sun for hours on end... or allow albinos to lie naked on the beach without any other sort of UV protection. Crazy! Anyway, I do see positive results by taking the product, so I'll continue to take it for the foreseeable future.

This actually works! You still have to get sun, but enhances it nicely!! My husband complimented my tan this morning. I have NEVER had a "tan" before! I just ordered another bottle.

I do find it somewhat useful taking the edge off my pain. I do not know if it works for everyone the same way. It was recommended to me by a friend who finds it very effective. I am surprised that my arm skin gets smoother after one week of use. My facial skin makes a little tiny improvement but not much. Lets see after 6 weeks what will happen. I hope I would remember to update you guys then.
