I've read the complaints about the tase and I have to say... If you don't like the taste, YOU ARE CRAZY!!!!!! HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE THESE??? Send them to me, I will gladly eat them all!! I am super picky about taste! Most instant noodles taste like water but not these!!! These ARE healthy, they have 0 fat and 180 cal for an entire bowl. No, they are NOT low in sodium but they are in fat. After having my gallbladder removed at 16, I couldn't eat ramen anymore. Which is my favorite food. As most is deep fried, before it is packaged. Anything high in fat, makes me sick. I also do not eat meat, which makes it hard to find noodles I can eat. :( Out of all the flavors, this is my favorite!!! So flavorful and tasty! Easy to make! I love, how there isn't tons of annoying little packets to open. Just open the block of soup, place on noodles and pour hot water over the noodles. The veggies they add, are so darn good. They are so savory, crunchy and full of flavor. WOW is all I can say. Perfect for my diet, just wish they were cheaper. I love to add caramelized onions and vegetarian ground beef. Eating it with chopsticks, makes it even better. Please continue making these, they my favorite food in the world. I never knew life could be this wonderful, untill I tasted these heavenly noodles. I'd eat these every day if I could, amazing!!! I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. The perfect special treat to make any day beter!!

I found this at a local Asian grocery store and really liked it. Once they stopped selling it though, had to find another way to buy it. I like instant glass noodles and the vegetable soup is good (not spicy but very flavorful)! If you are looking for one without any added sugar, the spicy tofu is good! It is spicy though (with that Szechuan tingly flavor), so be careful of that. Overall, this price was cheaper than the local store I found that offered one. Check the price though and stock up if you like instant soups!

These are very tasty, but it took me a little to cook them. I followed the directions but the noodles soaked up all the water. So I found it better to put them in a bowl, and then add the boiling water until you form the right consistency of a soup. They taste great, and they are very filling. Way better than what I get in the chow hall here on base, I will order more.

Pricey but convenient with decent amount of noodles. My only complaint is that I can taste too much pepper. I picked two mild flavors(the other being mushroom), and both had a strong pepper taste. I'm usually not against black or white pepper because I don't tolerate red pepper well, but these overtook the delicate broth. I ended up using a little of the brick and added a different broth.

I have been searching for the perfect instant noodle to eat as an easy, low-calorie meal at work, and I think I may have found it! First of all, I love harusame (bean-thread/glass/crystal) noodles. In my opinion they are tastier than standard ramen noodles, plus they are SO much healthier! Now, my personal tastes aside, I am very impressed with this brand of instant noodles because the package of dehydrated ingredients is so large and FULL of good things. In this "Vegetable and Eggs" bowl, after you put the water in, the top of the bowl is literally covered by baby bok choy and eggs. I really feel like I'm getting a full serving of vegetables when I'm eating this. And the baby bok choy is bright green and delicious even though it has been dehydrated. IMPRESSIVE!!! Some other reviewers have complained about these instant noodles being expensive, but when you think about what you get, this bowl of noodles is totally worth its price.

This was a wonderful lunch option until the packaging was changed. It had the lowest sodium of any oriental, noodle-based product . After removing the plastic lid and substituting a paper one, the salt content jumped to 1000+ mg. (One container is one serving for most people I know.) I will no longer be purchasing this product.

I am very happy with this soup! I use it as a meal for lunch and sometimes dinner. The price is a little steep but the quality of the soup and happiness I feel after eating it, makes it well worth the price. I tend to get tummy issues easily since menopause, and this soup is one product that actually makes me feel good for having included it in my own weight loss plan. Since being on an assortment of Crystal Noodle soups, I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months! Awesome!

This has become my daily office lunch go-to items. Very tasty, easy to prepare, good ingredients, and relatively inexpensive. At first, I was very put off by the "made in China" labeling, especially for a food product, but this was a very pleasant surprise. The only downside is the somewhat high sodium content, but for me, that's not a dealbreaker. I now keep a varied supply of these on hand in different flavors to enjoy for lunch several times a week.
