Vitamix 755 Lid Plug For 64 oz Containers, clear, opaque (VM000755)

My original one got ruined when I turned on the Vitamix with the lid inside. This one fits fine.

Like another reviewer, I also blended my lid plug 🙄…I have the Vitamix 5200 and this lid plug was the exact fit.

I liked that this part was available for my blender. Because this model is not inexpensive, and for you to have this part available has provided a more 'clean' environment in my kitchen!

Make sure it fits your model! Might be better to contact vitamin directly to see if they offer the caps. It's similar to the original so no issues cleaning it or having a hard time placing it where it needs to go. Feels durable and no leaking going past it. Functions as expected but maybe a bit pricey.

Just what my Vitamix needed. My friend used my Vitamix and cleaned it leaving the lid in the container. The next time he used it he turned it on and chewed it up. I was thrilled I found this on Amazon and was able to replace the old lid. I love Amazon and love that they carry Vitamix products and replacement parts.

I have a Costco Vitamix (model VM0102D) but didn’t know the series number (5300) until after ordering this, so wasn’t sure if it was going to fit or not. It doesn’t. There are 2 small tabs that stick out from the round part of the plug, which prevent the plug from fitting. I ended up calling Vitamix customer service to ask which plug to buy, and they sent me a courtesy replacement plug (which they apparently sell for ~$16 for just the plug.. or maybe it was for the plug and lid since the representative said they normally don’t sell the plug by itself).

This Vitamix plug fits my container perfectly and am so happy to have replaced the original one which I simply cannot find anywhere. So glad I do not have to cover the hole with Saran Wrap or paper towel.

This plug fit the blender lid well. It feels like a cheaper grade of plastic but it does the job.
