Great chair and great service!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've already owned of this chairs and was quite happy with it. Ease of assembly: Super easy to assemble, one of the best packaging jobs setup to facilitate idiot proof assembly. Quick and easy. Value for money: I already owned one of these chairs for 4+ years. I has held up to daily use and survived professional movers moving it cross country without damage.

Don't Waste Your Money!
This office chair was a big mistake—a $200 mistake. I bought it rather than spend $500 on a similar chair at Office Max that cost $500, but I'm going to donate this chair to the Goodwill or sell it if I can, and go buy the one at OM. The first thing that went wrong was that 2 of the holes in the seat were drilled incorrectly (too long for the screws I was given), and I had to have Staples send me a new seat under the warranty. Then I found out that the back of the chair requires 2 people to attach it to the seat, and living alone as I do and hating to ask for help, I waited a few weeks until a neighbor stopped by to finish assembling the chair. Then I sat in it for the first time. What a joke! It looks so cushy, but that seat that looks so plush and comfy is hard as a board. The packaging is long gone, so I'm going to have to get rid of it myself. Yeah, you lucked out on this one Staples and Amazon. But it will be a cold day in .... before I buy anything from either of you again. Either I find it in a store and see what I'm really getting or I'm just going to do without.

Seat leans to right - no way to adjust
It’s an ok chair for the price. However, the seat leans to the right and you notice it big time. The chair should probably be less expensive.

Very Nice
I bought this chair in the past and really do love it especially with my back and hours spent sitting at my desk. So in a nutshell it's a very good chair and it holds up forever. I would recommend.
