Sugarless Plain Gum Individually Wrapped, Mint Flavored, 100 Piece

Can hardly detect any flavor, just maybe a slight suggestion of mint. It is neither sweet nor bitter. Very neutral and flavorless. Like regular gum after you have chewed it for 5 minutes and all the flavor is gone. Which is great if you don't want an intensely-sweetened fruity blast of flavor that then fades quickly. If you like and want the flavor experience of typical gum, this product is definitely not for you. The texture is perhaps overly firm for the first few chews, but then softens to a good level that holds up well to extended chewing. It provides more chewing resistance than regular gum, and for longer.

This gum is great for those who use gum to sate hunger while fasting. With 0 calories, rather than the 5 calories in "sugar-free" gum, it is far less likely that insulin will be released. This gum is also great for strengthening the jaw. This could be a downside for many people, but this gum is harder to chew than most gum. It softens quite a bit as you chew, but it is a bit of a workout at first. I had a significant amount of muscle tissue and a salivary gland removed when I had surgery to remove a malignant tumor from my face. Until I started using this gum, I would frequently get pain in my jaw and in the right side of my face. I no longer experience that discomfort. Biggest downside is flavor. It is like someone walked the gum through a room full of mint. That said, it isn't unpleasant, and if the goal is to relieve stress, strengthen the jaw and facial muscles, or to replace "sugar-free" gum in a diet, this is a great option. I buy this product frequently.

The gum is either very lightly flavored or fIavorless. I personally can't tell. I got it to work out my face muscles, but it actually was helping me to quit the nicotine pouches too. Good fidget to replace unhealthy habit. It is kinda hard at first, but once you chew it a bit, it's really easy. If you drink water it'll make it firm again briefly. Other gum I find overpowering in taste and menthol and all that. It's just gum, it's fine. Literally my only complaint is the gum doesn't always stay wrapped very well. Narrowly avoided a loose one getting melted into my jeans a few times.

26F I have never been a gum chewer or the kind of person to enjoy gum. However, if you’ve heard of mewing or jaw strengthening then that’s probably why you’re here. Let me start off by saying that this is not anything like typical American gum. It is NOT sweet, sugary, soft, and super minty. Some of these reviews are a tad dramatic in describing the taste. It is not disgusting or bad. It has a very subtle mellow mint flavor, not sweet at all, but the texture is superb. It starts out very tough, and continues to keep its texture throughout chewing. I would not say it would hurt your teeth though. I was worried about getting this gum because of the toughness. I have TMJ, and I was worried this would aggravate it, however I have not had any pain or popping while chewing. The side of my face that has TMJ is less developed, and I have realized this is due to a dependency on one side for chewing. I will update if any changes occur. Overall, I would recommend for strengthening the jaw, masseter muscles, and tongue. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and flavorful gum for leisurely enjoyment. If you’re on the fence, just try it! The price is extremely low for the amount you get!

Flavor? None... Not even a hint... No mint...Absolutely one of the worst products I have ever had/tasted/bought... Not being dramatic either... If you told me this was a joke gum, I would believe you. How on earth does this even have a chance to to be sold as gum? Save your money...

The gum is good and slightly harder than normal gum, the price is also fair. Although this product does not have sugar, my problem with it is that it has titanium dioxide which is controversial and banned in other countries. I will not be buying it again for this reason.

Arrived in a plastic envelope and wrapped in cellophane. Left on my covered porch instead of the mailbox, thank you very much! The packs are small and the little squares of gum are small, if somewhat thick. I thought it would remain small while chewed but it expanded to a nice size. The mint flavor is subtle but just enough. The texture is somewhat rubbery initially but immediately softens as you chew, giving just enough resistance that your jaws get a good workout! Multiple times throughout the day I grab a piece of gum so I'm thankful to have found one that is genuinely sugarless and still enjoyable. I think I may have found the perfect gum! Highly recommend.

This gum is amazing. I bought it to have something to chew while I am fasting. My breath tends to start smelling while I am in my fasting portion of the day, so I needed something that wouldn't break my fast, but also keep my breath fresh. This is that gum. Flavor - While the mint flavor is very subtle, it is more than enough to keep the breath fresh. It also lasts a very long time. I have been chewing each piece for at least an hour, and the flavors hasn't changed at all during those times. Consistency - I was surprised how similar this gum is to regular gum. I think the main difference is this gum never loses it's firmness. Regular gums tend to get mushier and muchier with time. This gum stays a very nice, slightly firm texture. If you want to keep it very firm, take a sip of cold water every once in a while. Bonus Bubbles - This gum makes nice bubbles. It is also incredible smooth. You have to be careful popping the bubbles because this gum doesn't stretch like normal gum. When you pop the bubbles, it tends to explode apart instead of just ripping apart. This sends small pieces of the gum flying, which are super sticky.

Bought this because it was suggested for building jaw muscles. It's a good stiff gum, not sweet at all, just a soft mint flavour that seems to last, been chewing a few hours and I feel like the gum has softened slightly but still has good chew, even blows a good bubble. Isn't sticking to my implants or fillings. I like this a lot!

Barley any flavor, but it’s nice and tough

Bought this for my TMJ pain ! It worked ! For those who don’t know what that is : it’s when you’re so irritable you clench your jaws and grind your teeth and your face hurts ! I had no idea I was this person until I tried the gum. Sure it made me gag quite a few times as it’s like chewing an elastic band but the jaw workout released years of pent up frustration of being the only female living with in a house with two male adults ( husband and son) and a boy dog ! Chewing helped me stop trying to make them understand that toilet seats are not meant for catching pee drops and empty loo rolls should not be lined up in the bathroom …..etc etc etc

Se vi aspettate la solita gomma da masticare, forse questo prodotto non è ciò che state cercando. Ma se volete un prodotto naturale, che non faccia venire mal di stomaco e faccia resistenza in bocca permettendo di scaricare lo stress e avere muscoli della mandibola in grado di rompere anche le pietre allora è il prodotto giusto. Il packaging è impeccabile. Amazon molto veloce come sempre nello spedire.
