Review: Disappointed - The resistance band (purple) looks much bigger in the picture but actually is smaller. I have started using it and it seems ok as of now in terms of resistance it provides. The biggest let down is the rubber smell that comes from the band. I have another heavy duty resistance band from another vendor with me and it is much more better, doesn't smell and looks far superior than this one. I purchased this as I got this as recommendation from one of the popular Fitness YouTube channel. I feel disappointed though as I paid almost 2000 rupees for this and got a sub-standard product.
Review: Performs very well for hand exercises. No hand issues as I never use gloves. Exactly what a customer expects from a top resistance band company. I got what I paid for. The stretch for range of motion is perfect. I only used the bands with anchor points that are polished steel snap hooks and carabiners. I never use the fabric door anchors that cause excess friction to the bands.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you use this to assist with pullups?  Should  just loop it over the bar or remove my bar so that it hangs free?  Sorry if it's a silly ques...**
A: Its not silly at all. To be honest, it is a little difficult to describe but if you search up " resistance band assisted pull ups" on youtube the first few videos give a tutorial on how to do so. You don't need to remove the bar at all. Its more of a loop. The videos explain it way better than I do. Hope this helped on some level.Cheers,Anthony

**Q: Does this work for tall (> 6ft) people in doorway pull up bars? (i.e. having to hang with knees bent) Or are they too long?**
A: Not sure about over door bars, but works well on monkey bars and pull up bars at the park or trails. The band is very sturdy and can hold weight. When I first started using it I was close to 300 lbs. I'm 5'8 so it will hold, just don't know about the door frame. Good luck.

**Q: how do i get my pullup training guide?  I purchased the black band a few weeks ago?**
A: The seller e-mails it to you in PDF format. It should be in the delivery confirmation e-mail or after you have received it. If not, you can always ask the seller to send it to you.

**Q: I see you say 41" in length.  Does that mean the loop is 80' around?**
A: it does measure 40" in length not stretched out. I was able to put it under my foot and stretch it out to about 84" easily. I am 6' tall and weigh 220 lbs. shoulder surgery and elbow issues make doing pull ups an issue. I got this band to use as a pull up assist. I does not work so well for my body type for that but my wife is about 5' 5" and weighs 105 lbs and she uses it for pull ups without issue. I am going to order the black band for my use. Hope this helps.
