I came across these and decided to give it a try. Reading the reviews it said that they run small so I ordered a 50 H but measure for a 48G. When fully expressed the cup is slightly big but when my breasts are full fits perfectly all the way around. I definitely suggest getting a size bigger around the band and if you’re breast-feeding a size bigger in the cup as well.
