Comfortable & Flexible — ResMed AirFit N30i Nasal Mask
I’ve been using the ResMed AirFit N30i with Standard Frame System, Elbow & Nasal Cradle Cushion for a while now, and it’s easily become my preferred CPAP mask. From the first night, I noticed how comfortable and unobtrusive it feels compared to traditional nasal or full‑face masks. The standout feature for me is the top‑of‑the‑head tube connection. Unlike masks where the hose pulls forward on your face, this design routes the hose upward and over your head. It gives you much greater freedom to move during sleep, whether you roll onto your side, stomach, or shift around — the mask stays in place without tugging. This has made a big difference, especially for someone like me who moves a lot at night. The nasal cradle cushion itself is soft and lightweight. It seals well around my nose without feeling bulky or irritating, and it doesn’t touch much of my face, which really reduces pressure points and skin marks by morning. I haven’t noticed any significant leaks, even when changing positions, which makes for undisturbed sleep and better overall comfort. Another plus is how easy the mask is to assemble, clean, and maintain. The standard frame system is intuitive — everything snaps together quickly, and the parts are easy to detach for routine cleaning. That might seem minor, but it makes nightly use much more convenient. If there’s a small downside, it’s that the nasal cradle design may take a night or two to get used to if you’re accustomed to traditional masks. Also, it’s best suited for those who breathe through their nose or use it alongside a humidifier — mouth breathing without a chin strap can reduce effectiveness. Overall, the ResMed AirFit N30i offers a comfortable, flexible, and well‑designed CPAP experience. It significantly improved my sleep comfort and reduced irritation compared to my old mask. If you’re after a lighter, less intrusive CPAP option that still delivers reliable performance, this is definitely worth considering.

Love how this fits.
This is an original mask and works great. i like the nasal cradle style as it stays where it should without hurting the nostrils. Having the hose at the top is nice as well. It keeps it out of the way, and I am not fighting it all of the time. I would recommend this style and brand. I have been using it for over a year. ( I know you are supposed to change them out! It is still working fine, just clean it regularly.)

Altered but still better
I had to alter this product to fit my older version headgear. But it’s working so much better. I like the new nose design. It is much more comfortable and the head strap is adjustable, but does not leave intentions on my face in the morning I would’ve given it a five except I had to alter the connections.

Fit of the nose part
Love it. It is a standard size and a little too big for head but it works great with the nose piece

Comfortable CPAP mask and it stays on!!
Very comfortable CPAP mask. I've tried different ones over the years and so far this is the best one I've had.

EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!!
Wow! Why did I fight my old mask so long??? I am a stomach sleeper and have been wrestling with a nose-cup type mask for years! My initial mask was fairly soft and comfortable, but the strap hooks broke and the mask is no longer available so I bought a different nose cup type mask. That one worked, but was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the plastic frame was always digging into my upper lip. I kept using it ONLY because I had $65 bucks of my rare cash invested in it and it is non-returnable! The discomfort finally got the best of me and I decided to bite the bullet and try this thing. Best decision I've made in a long time! Half the time I have to reach up and feel under my nose just to see if I am still wearing it! This thing is so comfortable, I can't tell it is there half the time. Also, the old cup-style masks I was using were causing me to continuously break out with painful acne on my nose. I thought I had gotten over that shortly after my teen years! I have no problem with the acne at all with this mask. I have been using it now for about 2 months and my nose is completely cleared up. The air travels along a rubberized tube that is really soft and doesn't dig into your face like the hard plastic frames from other masks. I was concerned about cutting off airflow by laying on it, but soon realized that when you lay on one side, you do indeed cut off the airflow on that side. However, the air just flows around through the other side, so this is not an issue. If you turn over, it simply switches sides and keeps going. I can even bury my face into the pillow without any issues getting ample air! So, if you are not a "mouth breather", I highly recommend this mask for any CPAP user - especially stomach sleepers!
