Alta 6 1/2" One Piece Bike Crank, 165mm, Multiple Colors

My bike's crank arm had worn threads on the right pedal connection, as well as worn threads on the pedal itself. The pedal came off midway through a ride, and I had to walk the bike back to the parking lot at the trailhead. I searched for new cranks and sought one that would fit the old simple Huffy Cranbrook that I was gifted as a very used bike. This option appeared to be a good one, and it is just as advertised. All of the other crank parts on this bike are currently fine, so I didn't need a whole crankset with bearings and nuts and all. This is a solid one-piece crank, and it fits the 26-inch bike just fine. Be sure when you re-install the pieces that the bearings are oiled and facing into the cups in the bike. I added a pair of new all-metal pedals that I got locally for $15 to the 1/2 size pedal threads on this crank, and I just tested the bike. It rides great! Hopefully it will continue to do well over time! I highly recommend this part as a replacement crank.

This crank fit perfectly to replace one which had a broken drive pin (which fit into the chainwheel). No bike shop in town had what I needed. It arrived extremely fast and looked exactly like the original. It arrived in the sealed original packaging. The bike rides noticeably smooth now.

This crankset is an exact replacement for the crankset of a Huffy Nel Lusso beach cruiser. The crank arms are 165mm drilled and tapped for 1/2” spindles. So in order to fit the right size pedal they need to be 1/2” instead of 9/16”. The fasteners and washers all worked on the new crankset. The finish of the crankset is a black powder coat and seems durable. The crankset is a one piece sturdy solid steel.

Ended up buying these cranks for my son who is growing into his BMX Redline bike that was passed down from a Cousin. But the stock Redline bike cranks 75mm seem to be too tall for my short sons legs, after removing the older cranks and replacing the crank bearings with new grease, it was like night and day for my son. Its been a longgg time since working on BMX bikes, but I figured it out.
