While away from home, my laptop accidentally fell off table with recharging cord plugged in. Upon retrieving it, I noticed the silver plug part got bent. There was no way I would try to straighten it out and put it back in to charge the laptop for fear of that part breaking off and getting stuck in the laptop. I called my computer savvy son and asked for help. He located a new recharging cord on Amazon that would fit my laptop and sent me the link. I ordered it and received it the next day. It fit perfectly and works very well. I am pleased with the quality of the product and the rapid delivery. I also got a follow up email from the company telling me about the warranty and to let them know if I needed any help with the product. These days that is a rare thing! I would order from them again in a heartbeat! Excellent product and excellent follow up.

My son lost his charger. We needed one very quickly. After reading many reviews we purchased this one. It arrived on time, fit perfectly, and has worked great since we got it with no issues.

Hubby's battery in his laptop died so we checked the customer reviews and were impressed with this one. It arrived promptly and his laptop works like new again. Bought this to replace the white charging cord for my Chromebook. My laptop won’t hold a charge and I finally broke the tip of my last cord when I tried to straighten it, thinking it wasn’t charging because it was bent. This cord works to power on my laptop. Unfortunately, if it comes unplugged or dislodged the computer shuts off fairly quickly. The Chromebook still does not charge, but at least I can use it while it is plugged in. Not the fault of the cord. but a problem with the battery of the Chromebook.

I was looking for a charger for my acer chrome book and so happy I got this one it works well and fits in the charger port well also. I bought one from another company before this and it was loose in the charger port and it just stopped working one day, I had this one for a while now and it works great would definitely recommend

I had purchased a charger at a store and even received help from a clerk but it was NOT the correct charger. I went online and found this charger hoping it would be the correct one and work. IT WORKS! Very easy to locate the exact charger I needed on Amazon. I should have just done that first. Would have saved me 2 trips to the store!

I EXTREMELY reccomend this. I am a college student, money is limited and when my charger broke and I had FINALS, all the chargers i found were $40, $60 even up to $70! Obviously on my budget, i cant afford that. I took a chance and got this charger for under $20, not sure if it was actually going to work and it's perfect. Dont pay more when you dont have to. I bought two chromebooks a couple Christmas's ago for my boys and everything worked great until right after their schools closed due to the pandemic. Their power cords stopped working and with everything closed I had no way of replacing them! These came weeks ahead of time and work perfectly! I'm very happy and my kids are getting their distance learning assignments finished!

Disappointing as the connection is loose, so it only charges when in a specific position and needs jiggling around to try and get it to connect. It frequently comes loose and stops charging.
