Harry Potter Hogwart's Printed Wall Banner, 20 x 30-Inches

I love this banner. There were a lot of complaints about it looking cheep and being cheaply made. I took a chance and I'm glad I did. It's made out of felt and the Ravenclaw crescent is on there with paint. It's a very nice banner for what it is and a good price. I'd be disappointed and upset if I payed $20 or more for this but $11.99 not bad at all. It shipped got to my house within 2 days of ordering it (with out 2 day shipping) and came in a nice big box so it wouldn't get damaged. It is doing a good job of hanging on the wall, being a banner and displayed my Ravenclaw pride.

I purchased all four of these flags, one for each house for my bathroom. The seller was amazing, each one came right on time. They are a lot larger than what I initially thought but that is okay. I like you can hang it multiple ways. The flag is a felt which is a little bit cheap but the screen print itself is real good quality especially if you catch these on sell for $6 like I did. The colors are amazing ! I actually got Slytherin in the mail today so I will be putting them up tomorrow.

Updated: I wasn’t overly thrilled when I got this as a gift as I thought the quality could be better. However, time is always the tell, right?. My bff hung it for several years and then passed it to my son who still has it up. It’s been hanging for 9 years and counting now…. So, its def been a worthwhile purchase and loved by all owners. Okay at best. I am a Harry Potter fan and bought the banner as a gift for my friend who is also a fan. It arrived super fast, which was awesome. I was surprised at the size of the banner - it was larger than I expected (no measurements on the description, but this is over a foot wide and proportionately longer). It makes for a nice-sized wall hanging. The material it's fashioned from was pretty similar to what I expected. Now for the cons. The fabric had an aroma when it arrived, maybe from the dyes(?)... I had to air out the banner before I could gift it. The banner doesn't actually fit into the plastic cover it's mailed in. This isn't a huge deal, but if you're looking for that nice factor, this isn't part of it. I threw out the wrapper and re-wrapped myself so it wouldn't look cheap. The photo on the Hogwarts cardboard that comes with the banner shows a crisp emblem of the House icon. The Slitherin icon actually on the banner is much muddier in representation. I mean, the web photo is fairly just in that the head is quite round and not super snake-like. I wish the banner was as crisp as the packaging photo. Comparitively, it's a let-down. However, unless your studying the banner, hanging on a wall when you look at it from across the room, it's pretty nifty. And my friend isn't anal and so she thought it was pretty cool and has it hanging. So, know that it's a fun banner to have and it works for it's purpose, but if you're fussy, this isn't for you.

Very nicely made cloth banner~ not cheap vinyl! My daughter will be so surprised! This will also be a wonderful keepsake of a dear loved one, not long for this world. My daughters' rooms are upstairs, like their own dorms. They are 15 and 17 now. My 15 year old is a devoted Slytherin. My 17 year old is a hardcore Ravenclaw. They compete to see who can find the most trinkets, tattoos, stickers, etc... representing their respective houses. Their Uncle Terry (living with us, slowly dying with MS) asked me to shop for anything unusual as a treasure chest for each of them. Their birthdays fall within 3 weeks of Christmas. We hope very much that he will make it to Christmas, because he wants everything to be as frivolous and non-grown up as possible. I really hope we celebrate with these goodies at a halfway mark between their birthdays~ just to give Uncle Terry a chance to make the fun last! This will be reposted, for the most part, out of respect for the MAN who wants to see his adopted nieces squeal and argue with delight!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for one of my close friends who is a fellow Hufflepuff. When I recieved it, I took it out of the package to see how it looked, and I was quite pleased. It's nothing real fancy or of a spectacular quality, but it was nice and I was pleased with it, as I knew my friend would be. BUT then I noticed that the string that it hangs by was unattached on one side. As it turns out, I received it with one of the end pieces missing. It's a little cap type of piece, one that goes over each end of the stick and holds the hanging rope in place. The left side was fine, but the right one was missing. I checked the packaging, and I stood up to make sure it didn't fall off and I was sitting on it, but it was nowhere to be found. It's disappointing; I feel like I got kind of ripped-off with this product, and I now have to find something to replace that cap before I can give it to my friend. Poor assembly and poor inspection skills.

This banner is amazing. it says in the describtion that its 13" x 5 1/2 that seems kinda small but when it arrived its truely 20" x 30" major major plus :D ALSO shipping was FANTASTIC! i sent for it on the 28th of Dec. it wasnt supposed to arrive untill the 4-9th of Jan. and it arrives on the 31st!! the only thing that i wish would be different is the green on the swirls on the outside of the crest its like a Mint green instead of like a slytherin green. but overall this product is amazing it just the right size and is really pretty. ^_^

THE ONLY REASON I am giving this product five stars is because it told me of my fate. What do I mean? I mean that I was not sent the right banner. The picture says "Hogwarts" but my banner was "Hufflepuff." I took great offense, because I always thought myself a Gryffindor, perhaps a Ravenclaw. However, I went to Pottermore, and behold, I am a Hufflepuff. So...you win this time. But seriously, the picture is deceiving. I was fortunate to have a happy accident.
