Estroven Sleep Cool for Menopause Relief for Women, 30 Count

I started early menopause in the beginning of 2018, and the onset was both abrupt & severe- no gradual process at all! (For this review, I'll stick to sleep symptoms.) Overnight, I began experiencing SEVERE night sweats, overheating, and insomnia. First, no matter how cold the room or light the blanket (or even NONE), I would wake up DRENCHED with sweat dripping everywhere- I bought thick bamboo towels to put under me, and had to replace them during the night. It was absolutely disgusting! Even though I kept hydrated, I sweated so much that I was constantly dizzy, and had to start drinking Gatorade (yuck!) to help with the electrolyte imbalance. Second, no matter how I felt when going to bed (cold, normal, etc), I would wake up so overheated that I had severe headaches- then 5 min later, I would be back to normal. I even moved to our basement bedroom since it's cooler there (and no husband's heat in the bed), but it didn't help. Lastly, I already was an insomniac but it got far worse- there'd be nights I didn't sleep at all, for days at a time. On the nights I did sleep, it would only be about 30 min before the overheating and sweats woke me up, and I would only get 2-3 of those short naps. At this point, I was desperate for relief. I read a reviewer's comment for another product, and she mentioned a combination of products that had stopped her hot flashes and night sweats cold. So I got them all (see below list) with this product being one of them, and took them religiously. While it DID take quite awhile before they worked, the results were marvelous! I was essentially back to normal- no night sweats, no hot flashes, no more insomnia, etc. It was virtually a miracle. So, while I don't know if this product works by itself since I started it in conjunction with several other supplements, I'll say that it's part of a regime that has worked wonders for me! It's been a glorious 6 months. My only caveat is that when I recently got sick with the flu, the symptoms came back for awhile (though not near as bad). I also don't take any of the other supplements in the morning if they call for it and take the minimum doses, as some overlap with ingredients and I don't want to take too much. I also brought everything in for my doctor's approval. Be advised that according to her, Black Cohosh has been linked to breast cancer so if you take it, ensure you have your annual mammogram.

I’m going through perimenopause, and I will get night sweats occasionally where I wake up drenched in sweat and have to change my PJs and sometimes sheets, it’s annoying for me and my poor husband, I was keeping the temp in our room to like 67 degrees but then my husband wakes up freezing and the dog is so cold she’s shaking. The other big issue I have is staying asleep, I always seem to wake right up at 3am ! BING! Awake! So I tried this a few months ago, and I love it, I don’t use it every night, because it does kind of make me drowsy the next day, but it does give me wonderful sleep without waking up drenched in sweat. It really works! I take it right before bed and in 10 mins it knocks me out I’ll sleep like a baby all night with no night sweats. It’s a wonderful thing! I don’t have hot flashes yet, so I can’t speak to the performance of that, but I hope it works for you ladies it’s definitely been a great relief for me!

This supplement claims that you must use it for 3 months to get the full benefit. Well for me, it works immediately. Only once has it taken longer than 5 nights in a row to be effective. And that is probably why it's hard to find now. This brand has decided to offer more choices - which unnecessary vitamins - when this "Sleep Cool" is all you need if you're need a nudge to get to sleep and rest when your journey through menopause symptoms was average. If your symptoms are severe, talk to your doctor.

These menopause pills helped with my night sweats. They also helped me sleep better because of the Melatonin in them. Price was good. I've switched to a brand I found at my grocery store. Same results. Still trying to figure out why I'm having hot flashes at age 80.

I was experiencing night sweats and cold, clammy skin at night. Waking up in a pool of sweat. Dealing with sleepless nights. I tried everything from removing my memory foam topper on my bed, to changing to cotton sheets, to lowering the room temp., to purchasing a fan. Nothing was working and I was just freezing out my significant other. After doing some research, I decided to purchase this product to try. Last night was the first night I tried it. I still experienced being hot then cold, etc. but no sweating or cold, clammy skin. I also slept through the night. I am hopeful that with continued use it will get even better. I would definitely recommend trying this product.

Didn't work for me. Everyone is different, though, so it may work for you.

Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I’m currently taking a medication that causes night sweats as a side effect and this has helped stop those. I’m no longer waking up drenched in sweat and needing to changes clothes. I saw result after 5 nights of taking this.

If I didn't take this daily I would be miserable. Definitely helps with the hot flashes. It's about the size of an adult vitamin! No side effects! Definitely worth the price!

I have started taking these tablets for 1.5weeks but can feel the difference. Best part is I am sleeping peacefully.

Would be good if the sticker was not glued to the ingredients table - you can't read it I can't say if it works yet. Just delivered. Package was squashed
