Good DEFINTELY will buy again!
This is a very quick and easy breakfast that is good for you too and very filing. And it turns out, it's healthy. It's better than oatmeal in the morning and it helps you go the restroom NO QUESTION. The only draw back is it's becoming pricey like everything else. Used to be SUPER cheap. I keep this as a staple like brown rice and whole wheat pasta. I'm a big fan and I like Bob's Red Mill as an overall brand. I eat it cold but they say you can try it hot. I might try that next winter.

Add more fiber to daily diet.
I tried this gluten-free oat bran and overall it offers good value for the price. The packaging is secure and the product looks high quality. It’s easy to use in porridge or mixed with yogurt, and the texture is finer than expected. A solid gluten-free option worth repurchasing.

Great product, a little overpriced on Amazon
I use this oat bran every day in an effort to keep my cholesterol in check. It's great for breakfast, I usually mix in some dried fruit and nuts for flavor. It makes great muffins too, a healthy and satisfying afternoon snack. Here's the banana muffin recipe. This can be adapted to pumpkin or apple muffins, pineapple or even carrot cake muffins simply by substituting the banana for canned pumpkin, apple sauce (use a little less apple sauce), finely grated carrots or well drained crushed pineapple and a bit of coconut instead of nuts. Experiment, have fun. Mix dry ingredients... 2 C oat bran 1/4 cup oat or wheat flour 1 T baking powder 1/4 C packed brown sugar (you can heap it if you want it sweeter) Optional: 1/4 C nuts if you like them, any kind works. Same for raisins or other dried fruit. Whisk or blend in a blender... 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg plus one white (if you're not worried about cholesterol) 1 C milk or buttermilk (buttermilk adds flavor and lightness) 2T vegetable oil 1 cup mashed ripe banana Mix wet and dry ingredients. Batter will be like thick pancake batter. Let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes for the oat bran to absorb the liquids, it will thicken up a bit which helps your muffins rise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425 and oil your muffin pan. (paper muffin cups don't work well, they stick to the muffins) Fill all 12 muffin cups almost full and bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Leave in pan for 5 minutes, then cool on a baking rack. Store in a zip lock bag for up to 3 or 4 days. Enjoy!

Love this oat bran!
I use this oat bran every day in my fruit smoothies. It gives the shakes body as well as additional fiber. In a Ninja blender I put in 1/4 cup Bob's oat bran, fresh fruit (banana, Mellon, pineapple, etc), a big spoon of some kind of dairy such as non-fat yogurt or cottage cheese, then enough liquid (apple juice) to top it off. Blend & enjoy!

Good finely milled oats
I used this in my banana bread recipe and for breakfast with blueberries and chopped nuts. I normally cook it in the microwave with soya milk. I prefer the finely milled oats because it is easier for me to digest and it tastes nice.

Expensive but very nice
I’ve purchased this so many times it’s definitely my go to breakfast. I cook with part water & part almond milk. I also whisk in an egg white in while it’s cooking for extra protein & top with a tsp peanut butter & maple syrup. The downside is that it’s very expensive but I still keep ordering it.
