Definitely will not last. Most dogs wear more than one tag due to local law and rabies vaccines etc. when they rub, the engraving can’t be read. It’s unfortunate. I specifically waited a couple of months to see how it’s holding up and I’d say it’s doing very well. Our dog is a bulldog so he’s not terribly active but I’ve had no worries about the tag falling off or wearing out.The value is definitely worth it and I was pleased with the number of characters allowed and being able to print front and back (our numbers are on the front so that is not pictured).
