I picked this bar up mainly to use in baking, and it completely elevated my brownies. The chocolate has a deep, rich cocoa flavor that really comes through, even after baking. It’s not overly sweet, which helped balance the overall taste and made the brownies taste more “bakery-quality” instead of overly sugary. It melts smoothly and evenly, which made it easy to work with when mixing into the batter. The end result was a fudgy, rich texture with a more complex chocolate flavor. I had several people comment on how good the brownies were, which says a lot.( husband said they were the best brownies he’s ever had in his life!!) Highly recommend for your homemade brownies or other chocolate treats.

Tastes so much better than other dark chocolate I've tried. The 86% cacao is more potent than most brands. Dark chocolate is recommended for numerous health benefits. The texture and thickness are perfect for chewing, and not hard. This is a treat well worth the price. One bar provides 2.5 servings.

This high-potency cacao isn't Dutch processed and it tastes good. For those looking for cacao flavanols, this seems to be a good choice.

Way too dark for my liking. I like dark chocolate, but this is too dark. Not sweet AT ALL. Get the 76% instead. (If you are eating it straight)

Very intense chocolate flavor, on the bitter side. This is not a candy bar, it is not sweet. It leaves a coating on the inside of your mouth some may find unpleasant. I bought as a doctor recommended source of magnesium. This brand was his recommended due to the high flavonoid content. I found the 73% more palatable in the long run as it needs to be eaten daily.
