Great supplement
I've been using this Glucosamine Chondroitin supplement for several years now. I do a lot of active activities (indoor rock climbing, ninja obstacle training) that are hard on the joints. I'm in my mid 40s now and I was starting to feel soft tissue burning. I started taking these after a recommendation from a trainer and they are great. They have greatly reduced the strain I feel and sped up recovery time on off days.

Easy to swallow
These capsules are very easy to swallow, as compared to the big tablets that are mostly available. Also, the dosage mix is strong enough to expect some effect, with one capsule during or after each meal.

It really work for knee joints
Hello, the product works. I had major knee pain. I took 2 pils in the morning every day. Day by day my joint pain got less. After a month or more I almost do not have any pain. For some reason I still have some unnoticible pain and some more when I walk to much or I do some extra movements but the pain is minor and managable. I gave a 4 rating because did not cure all the pain. I like the product, good quality and the best part works. I did not try to take more than 2 pills to see if that would take care of the minor remaining pain. It might not, to be real nobody can fix totally a life time of knee joint abuse. I might try in the future to take more to see if does make a differennce and I will do another review. Thank you and keep up the great work and product.

This works almost immediately
I’m 42 years old. During the winter months my hands ache and the arthritis (during warmer weather do not hurt) flairs badly. Within an hour of taking these I can bend my fingers and feel almost no pain. I take these along with Tumeric supplements for inflammation and I believe it’s a winning combination to fight pain and inflammation. Definitely worth a try

Product works for joint support
Love the ingredients and the product works for joint support. I hope they read these reviews because I would like to request they remove the bad fillers in this product Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide. Surely your company can do better than that. How about no fillers at all?

the best joint health supplement I have tried
I am a physician with the usual aches and pains. I found this product, having all the essentials and proper amount for joint health including Hyaluronic acid, the one we inject in joints to bring back the fluidity and cushion for movement. It also has the safest and natural antiinflammatory component in it, turmeric with no known significant side effects. I introduced it to my patients and now scores of them ask me to buy it for them ( no profit, of course) as they like the comfort they feel. I have bought so many of it I feel like a storekeeper. Thank you for formulating this product for us.

Contains Cheap Fillers Silicon Dioxide/ Magnesium Stearate
This product is NOT RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE _and has CHEAP FILLERS SILICON DIOXIDE/ MAGNESIUM STEARATE which Speaks Volumes. Why are they adding cheap fillers? While they are rare, silicon dioxide side effects are possible. This can include symptoms of allergic reactions and possibly digestive problems. One potential concern with nanoparticles found in foods (which includes silicon dioxide in addition to compounds like silver, titanium dioxide, iron oxide and zinc oxide) is that some research suggests they may trigger GI problems, such as leaky gut syndrome, as well as DNA and cell damage when ingested long term. More research is needed regarding these concerns, because as of now we don’t know much about the long-term impacts of eating nanoparticles on a regular basis. Here’s another distinction to point out: The type of silica found in foods is different than crystalline silica, which is a component of soil, sand, granite and some other mineral. Long-term exposure to crystalline silica can potentially be dangerous to the respiratory system, contributing to lung-related damage and disease, so anyone who works in close contact with this compound needs to be careful to handle it properly in order to prevent side effects. People who are most susceptible to experiencing side effects due to crystalline silica exposure are those who work in the following industries: mining, steel, construction and While they are rare, silicon dioxide side effects are possible. While nanotechnology in food processing may help improve the taste, color, look, uniformity and texture of foods, it might also change the material is absorbed and excreted in the human body. Is It Safe? Risks and Side Effects Is silicon dioxide safe to consume? The FDA considers silicon dioxide in food to be generally safe for human consumption, as long as it’s consumed in small amounts. Is silicon dioxide a carcinogen? There isn’t evidence that the type used in foods contributes to cancer formation. The Environmental Protection Agency has stated that crystalline-free form of silica poses “minimal risk” to humans. Dr. Josh Axe
