If You Take a Mouse to School: A Silly Circular Story About a Mouse’s First Day of School and New Classroom Adventures

This is such a cute story in the Mouse Book series. My grandchildren love this book and the Mouse series of books. They ask to read this and the other mouse stories constantly. This is easy for toddlers to follow along with and share what they notice while reading it. After several days of reading it, they just about know the story by heart. This is a great quality book with great quality illustrations. The Mouse series of books is a great way to introduce your toddlers to reading in my opinion. It's fun and a great little story. I'd highly recommend this cute book.

This must be the 5th or 6th in this series that pairs author Laura Numeroff and illustrator Felicia Bond in a creative partnership that has spawned more than a few adorable characters and situations. While the bold watercolors are as enchanting as usual, the story is weak here, focusing on action and mischief rather than the charming overarching story arc that surfaces in their better efforts. This book is fine, but others in the series are better. Buy 'If You Take a Mouse to the Movies' and get Mouse .. School at the library.

As an educator and aunt, I love this book. I bought it for my nephew who loves this series and was about to start school. It helped him get excited about the start of school! Fast shipping, book arrived quickly and in great condition.
