However, as many reviews mentioned, they do run small (I sized up based on reviews and they still felt tight. Not undoable). Because they’re a little snug for me, the back of the knee pads bunch up a little so it’s hard to say if the grip is grippy enough for tricks on the pole. I have to take them off after like 1-2 hours because of slight discomfort based on size.
