Daughter lives in Germany and introduced us to this type of mustard. Glad to have found this brand on Amazon so we can always have it on hand. Duesseldorf mustard on my palate isn't as vinegar tasting as regular yellow mustard.

Delicious! If yellow mustard is your fun Auntie who can get a little too rowdy sometimes, this mustard is the Auntie who smells like expensive perfume and gives you the good presents. Both are great, but the Düsseldorf mustard is refined, layered, gentle and fabulous in any situation. Love it!
