Ordered it for my wedding reception, the restaurant subbed it in for products that needed flour, and everything was delicious. They used a 1:1 ratio for flour requirements. The cake was a bit more dense, but flavor was amazing and no one could believe it wasn’t made with regular flour. If you are grain-free, you should give this flour a try!
