Lasted about 5 months. The device itself was great - strong massager and good heat plate, and battery lasted a good while between charges. But then it just started acting up - would take several button presses to turn on, or wouldn't shut off until the battery ran out. There's no easy way to contact customer support to try and get a replacement.
