I removed the blank panel plate and noticed that it was already wired for an accessory. I pulled the 10A fuse and replaced with a 5A. I filed the edge of the hole (yes, this is a bit wider) and snapped it in place. Connected to the posts and it works great. I don't much like that the LED light is always on, but I suppose it could be switched on and off if it was a dealbreaker.
