We were topping up the pool with several hundred litres of water every few days, which means the water quality suffers. I was debating getting a new pool, UNTIL, I saw this. WOW!!! spend lengthy sessions over 2 days, goggle on sticking down patches (IN A FULL POOL!) We now have dry ground, NO leaks and no messing around topping up constantly. So easy to use, cut required patch, remove backing, apply to leaking area, squeeze out air and water from centre of patch and "Hey Presto"!! MAGIC!!!!! I can't remember how many patches, but something in the region of 40, ranging from a few centimetres in diameter to 6 or 7. I have enough to fix any more leaks that appear. Gorilla products absolutely rock Review: Great tape ever for non conventional uses. - Bought to reattach a washer blade that had come loose while I arrange for a new washer. It doesn’t stick for ever as it’s not exactly what it’s intended for HOWEVER. A couple of strips across the blade and one along the side for extra security and I can get my washing done as normal for a couple of months before I need to replace the tape. It’s definitely waterproof and super easy to use and considering what I’m using it for actually works really well. I got several uses out of the roll before I needed to look at getting another one. I’ve also used it to patch up a hole in the sink at work and that is still holding strong many months later despite the sink getting heavy retail kitchen use multiple times per day. I will say the extreme temperature thing is a bit misleading. Anything over 40 degrees seems to soften the sealant and make it come loose easier. But for cooler temperatures it’s brilliant. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant stuff but doesn’t stick to wet surfaces *by J***S on 25 January 2026* It wouldn’t stick to wet guttering despite saying it can even be applied under water. However when applied to a dried part it sticks immediately and fixed an annoying drip instantly. Also used it to fix a crack in lead flashing and it worked perfectly.
