**Q: does this support fax or not? description says it does while product photos say it does not.**
A: It does not support fax currently, we need to check with amazon to update description

**Q: With splitter, wi-fi weak. Internet & phn in separate jacks, wi-fi lost when phn used. Will this fix prob?**
A: what this device does - it sends (extends) telephone + ethernet over the FIBER optical cable.
