Works as advertised.

This really works, my triglycerides have lowered by about 25 points since taking this.

Did make a small improvement in total cholesterol and lowering triglycerides. Instead I cut out refined carbs, processed foods and sugar which had much larger impact. I still take it because of the cardiometabolic benefits. One thing I also failed to do was to not take this 30 minutes before meals, I was forgetting to take it and took it many times after meals which lessens the benefit of this product. The first time I took this several years ago it had a great benefit because I was taking it religiously 30 minutes before meals and also watched what I consumed (low refined carbs- breads, etc and lower sugar). Now that I am back on track with how/when to take it and diet changes I will retest cholestrol/triglycerides in a few months.

Lowered my cholesterol by 20 points

Highly respected cardiologist recommended I take them, so does he snd his father. 1,000 mg twice a day to keep arteries clear.

Unfortunately, the product did not work for me at all my numbers never went down.

I ordered this to help with lowering my cholesterol and boy does it work. Had blood drawn and my cholesterol was 249 in February and had it drawn again in April and it was 141. My LDL was 138 in February and in April it wa 51. Yes I will keep using and will order again. Thanks
