I woukd say I love round decks and I do but I am discerning even if just to my own taste. What I am trying to say is i dont just buy every round deck just because it is round and ohh and awe over it. This deck is structured well. It has good imagery and symbols. The book is a must. Well for me anyway I always like to know the creators thoughts. You could certainly read without it though. This was also the best new price I coukd fine. The pages are all glossy and it's got full color images of each card, and the writing is great. Really insightful. I love the cards and they are one of the decks I use most often. They are multicultural, which is great, and multigenerational. And the art is so colorful and beautiful. She uses a lot of quotes in the book from some interesting artists (for example, Beth Ditto from the Gossip!).
