Box came busted . Upon opening you can clearly see this was a returned item that someone tried to assemble and gave up. Missing parts and instructions were extremely poor.. overall it was not of any quality. On a positive note they did give me a full refund.. it was still a very large heavy item that I had to repack and carry to Ups.

I like it but most important my dog likes it. He's a 20 lb Brussels Griffon that should be around 13 lbs. Hates the Houston heat like me and will only chase a ball once. Following veterinarian instructions and gradually increasing workout intensity. I think the treadmill was a good value for the money.

Motorized treadmills are very dangerous four dogs. Especially one you tie your dog to. If your dog needs to stop they can't and if they do they either get shot off and risk injury, or if they're tied to it they get dragged and are at even more risk of injury. Buy a slat mill instead. No motor, all self controlled by the dog and most come with brakes.
