Honestly, I feel like this was an aide in my recovery from achilles tendon surgery. I barely have a scar. The two pictures are just two months apart. I wish I had heard of this prior to surgery, I would have been taking it much sooner.

I’m rating this 4 stars because I am waiting to see how my incisions are doing after a couple weeks before bumping it up a star. I had a minor laparoscopic procedure a week and a half ago. I started taking this pretty much the day after surgery. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects so that’s definitely a plus! I haven’t had any pain, bruising, bleeding, weeping, or inflammation at my incision sites. I’ve never had surgery before so I can’t exactly say this supplement did everything, but I think it’s definitely helping! I’ve looked at pictures of other peoples incisions and they look way more red, bloody, and bruised than mine ever did.

I started taking these 11 days after my AbEX with lipo (so for 2 full weeks now)... I'd just finished my prescriptions and 2 days after starting there was a noticeable difference in my swelling. I also noticed that the "healing itching" that I had to take a zyrtec ro manage also went from uncomfortable itching with no relief to almost non existence after taking these. This is my 4th week and my lipo scars are completely disappearing, MY "tummy tuck" scar is healing so well that its also probably gonna disappear too. Basically that's a long way of saying GET IT!!!

I just wanted to comment to say that I purchased these for recovery of a partial hysterectomy not because I thought they would miraculously heal me, but because I smoke. Yes these are vitamins, nothing more. They do contain bromelien and echinacea which both are good for swelling and inflammation. If you have kidney,liver or any other organ disease, you should always consult your doctor first. Down side to these is that they are a little pricey, and that you have to take 3 a day. Upside is that it's a formulation of vitamins that does have scientific research to support its claims. I will not be purchasing again as a 30 day supply should be more than enough! I can continue my regular vitamins thereafter! I encourage anyone purchasing to do your research and consult with a doctor or at least indicate what it is that your taking.

I used this for my 7th surgery, a total hysterectomy. My previous surgery recoveries have been rough. And this time it was looking like my work was going to need me and I wouldn’t be able to take the time off I should have. So I started researching anything I could do to give myself a leg up during the recovery period. I will say I have been on a strictly paleo diet for the last 6 months and I do take a significant amount of other daily supplements. But I really attribute how well I’m doing to adding this supplement to my regimen. Now I will not suggest what I did to anyone, please properly recover after your surgeries. But I was back up and working after 4 days post op. Granted working for me involves no lifting. My incision sites have never healed so quickly. I just bought a second bottle because I’ve heard healing after hysterectomy takes months, so I want to keep supporting my healing tissues.
