Needs bigger threads for studs I had to retap and make them larger, other than a personal preference this case was a great purchase.

The motor comes without bearings, seals or screws connecting rod or anything else so do your research. I still can’t figure out how to get seals for it. There’s so many options. The motor itself seems ready for bearings. No scratches very smooth surfaces for bearings.

This is a nice product for the price. The casting is about as good as anyone of the other complete motor casings that I have purchased. Just like any case they do require a lot of cleaning, deburring and porting. This Case gave me the ability to build a nice Motor out of all my good used parts! This is a good deal while they last!

But haven't used it yet

FYI I had purchased two of these one after another. Didn't like a single thing about this item. I returned both of them right away, what I dislike was the poor quality of mating surfaces, looks like they missed the hole when they're drilling for the stud mounts so that mating surface was fudged up. On the 2nd in the case look like someone had dropped it on the making surface where the head goes. I didn't try a third time around.

It was just what I needed. Excellent 👌

Good metal in this.... I know because i dremeled a intake for a case reed in it.

It came 8 days early. Thats great. But the case was uneven which makes is useless, unless you spend and hour slowly sanding it down flush. The holes for all four bearings were way to tight, had to sand them down as well (alot) and the mounting studs are m6. The skinny ones. I dont know why they did not label that. Overall i rated 1 star. I would rather have a better part then wait the short wait for this junk. I had to put 3 hours of work into this piece. Hopefully it works. And the seller is lazy, package came in a plastic bag in a box, no padding or anything. Bag was cut up from all the banging around. Surprised its not broken. Absolute crap.
