I bought this chain to go with a diamond necklace that originally had a platinum chain. I had to have the chain repaired twice. This chain is beautiful and sturdy. It goes so well with the diamond pendant and I get tons of compliments on it.

Looks great and work well

This is exactly what I was looking for for my variety of silver pendants and crosses and I love it. I've had one in 14kyg for years, but really wanted the silver, too. This piece, 1.6 mm 18", is the perfect size for me in that it will work well with pendant sizes from, I'd say, one to two inches in length. It has a beautiful high shine which should compliment any pendant. Although, because of it's bright shine, I personally probably wouldn't utilize it for a highly oxidized/antiqued silver pendant, but that's just me.

Three months after I purchased this, the part that the clasp attaches to broke off from the chain. I am a 78 year old woman who does not treat jewelry roughly. It’s pretty, but not at all sturdy! Also, the finish is coming off!! Sterling silver 925?? Hard to believe!! Very disappointed!!

How can they ship SOOOO fast???

I purchased the 1mm 22" magic snake chain. This is a beautiful chain. It's smooth like satin and highly reflective. Most of your small pendants will fit over end of the chain. I bought this to replace a white gold box chain and it's a very good substitute. It's flexible but not bendable, you could kink it with a heavy pendant. It's delicate to look at but it has weight and feels sturdy. I recommend it. I have arthritis so I will be adding a magnetic clasp, it would be nice if you could buy chains with the magnetic clasp already on the chain. Or at least available from the seller... Update 7/30/18 I am so disappointed, but the chain just broke! Fortunately I was home and didn't lose my expensive moissanite pendant. I wish I knew what happened, but I didn't do anything out of the ordinary! It's so pretty, I had received several compliments on it. I am going to take a chance and order another with my fingers crossed!
