The 2 interchangeable biased blades allow you to choose the smooth or embossed finish; the unused blade will be stored in the blade protector provided. With the side button, turn the blades to make the julienne or vegetable fries; easy to use and safe because it is not necessary to handle the blades. A slider allows you to adjust the cutting thickness: 1.5mm, 3mm, 4.5mm or 6mm. Its push on rail is very practical and ensures a safe cut. With several large tips, it holds the vegetable firmly for the entire duration of the cut. Its internal bias shape is unique for cutting almost all vegetables and minimising waste. Finally, the centre of the pusher removes and transforms into a tube to insert long vegetables, such as carrots or small zucchini.
