Surprised how well it works!
I have thick wavy hair. Never done this before. Was worried about the reviews about losing hair or burning scalps. Followed instructions. Gloves are behind the instruction sheet on none english side. I took the precaution of using Vaseline just near hairline. Definitely help to have someone apply it for you so it does not get to your scalp. I must had had it on for atleast 12-15 mins. No hair loss or burning scalp. I didnt have a shower cap so I used grocery bag LOL. See photos for results! I will update if and when the straightness goes away! Works for me, might not work for you. You Won't Be Disappointed
Never tried this relaxer before. I normally go to the salon, but with pandemic, I had to make adjustments. I followed the directions completely. After I blew dried my hair, it was completely straight and felt very silky. I spiral curled it like I normally wear my hair and it looked great! I was very pleased with the product!

Follow the instructions. The amount of time the instructions assign to each step is not only important for the desired outcome, but for the safety of your scalp. Product burns a little bit, and is pretty hard to rinse out of your hair, but will definitely straighten your hair. For me my hair remained straight for a few months.

The product definitely works. Not sure why other people said they got their scalp burned or whatever but if you used the product as it says in the directions I dont think you will have any issues. It definitely helped straighten my hair. Although it was stiff, however I bought clarifying shampoo hopping to fix it
