I still had to change it after every 2 hours or so before I experienced leakage. I also didn't like the stains left on the cup. Very happy to find out that there were bigger cups available, and this one also comes in a black size. Now I can go 5 hours without changing it, and 0 leaks during bedtime after the 2nd day of my period. After the 2nd day, I can go 8 hours without leaks!! Love the color of the cup. One thing I have to say is, it's difficult to get the cup out with just pinching the base, because of how big it is and the material is more firm. My fine motor skills aren't also the best.
