We noticed that in winter the floor gets pretty cold. That can be a bit uncomfortable if you remove your shoes and are just wearing socks or are barefoot. One package almost completely fits our floor -- it just requires a bit of cutting to get it to fit. The thickness is just right to allow the refrigerator door to open. I'm sure the insulation will also help a little bit in the summer. Please take note that these squares are meant to connected in a rectangular fashion -- they cannot be off-set. Due to the shape of our floor, I had to do some custom cutting to get it handle an "T-shape" which didn't line up with the squares' edges. Other than having to figure out the best way to minimize the number of squares need to cover, this is a great, inexpensive product that greatly improves our camping life. It looks nice and feels good. Review: Holds Up - Compared to more expensive brands, this held up well to daily exercise. It's been a few months since I purchased this and it was definitely the right call. Pieces locked together well and have stayed connected, no issues with the fit or loosening. Very happy with the purchase and will likely buy more to create a larger home gym area. ## Features - FOAM FLOORING –This floor mat is built to precision with premium-quality materials. For a really heavy treadmill?** A: Perhaps if you don't plan to move it. I bought 2 sets with the idea of being able to roll the treadmill around on them easier than directly on the carpet. They fell apart immediately when I tried to move the treadmill on them. They didn't work at all! **Q: is it good for noise reduction also ? I live in 5th floor with wooden flooring? Has anyone use in such environment ?** A: My son uses this mat under his treadmill to reduce noise since he's on the top floor with hardwood floors. **Q: I want to protect my carpet by placing these under a home gym with a 150 weight stack? Will these work satisfactorily?** A: Yes. I use mine under my treadmill and use it regularly. My carpet doesn't even have indentations from the weight above it. **Q: Will these matts stain or discolor light carpeting? Our carpet is a beige.** A: I don't believe that it will. But we have ours on hardwoods, so I can't answer for sure. Sorry. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great padding and insulation for our camper! *by G***H on March 20, 2024* We have an Aliner (towable, pop-up A-frame camper). They are underneath a weight rack, weight bench, and some free weights and have held up perfectly. Material is soft when not wearing shoes, water resistance from sweat and/or spills, and just really amazing value than others. ## Frequently Bought Together - Marcy EVA Foam Interlocking Flooring Mat High Density Non-Slip Tiles for Fitness Equipment, Workout Cushion and Floor Protection - NICEPEOPLE Basic Weight Bench for Home Gym, Foldable Workout Bench with 8 Backrests, 660LBS Weight Capacity Adjustable Bench --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/1218262-marcy-interlocking-waterproof-flooring-mat-for-exercise-equipment-and-accessories](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/1218262-marcy-interlocking-waterproof-flooring-mat-for-exercise-equipment-and-accessories) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
